The most important holiday in May is Mother's Day. How can we express our gratitude and love for our mothers on this special day? The Penghu County Government has planned a special event called "Spend Mother's Day Together - Travel to Penghu with Good Travel" on May 7th and May 8th. During Mother's Day, bring your beloved mother to join the Good Travel journey and create beautiful memories together. During the event, passengers taking the Penghu Good Travel will receive a special gift, the "Sea Turtle Coin Purse," making it an excellent value.

　　The Good Travel in Penghu includes the Ma Gong Lake West Line and the Ma Gong Lake North Loop Line. Each line has one trip per day. The buses, adorned with the Taiwan Good Travel logo, will transport participants to various scenic spots. The North Loop Line passes through Magong City, Baisha Township, and Xiyu Township. The full fare is 400 NTD, and the discounted fare is 200 NTD (applicable to Penghu residents, senior citizens, and disabled passengers). The West Line visits the attractions in Magong City and Huxi Township. The full fare is 350 NTD, and the discounted fare is 175 NTD (applicable to Penghu residents, senior citizens, and disabled passengers). The ticket for the Huxi Line includes admission to the Longmen Closed Fort.

　　After the success of the "Children's Fun Vacation - Ride Good Travel and Receive a Bus Pillow" event during Children's Day, there has been a high demand for booking rides among passengers and local residents. Therefore, the Tourism Department of the County Government has seized the opportunity to launch a festival event for Mother's Day. The complimentary gift for passengers is the "Sea Turtle Coin Purse," a product produced in collaboration with the local family support center. The purses are handmade by mothers using well-preserved second-hand clothing. Each item is unique, measuring approximately 10x10x5 cm, and can be used to store coins or small items. It is a practical gift, showing the sincere intention of the County Government. 　　This year (111), there is a strengthened marketing focus on the Ma Gong Lake West Line. Starting from March 15th, passengers taking the Huxi Line will receive an additional gift of a sea turtle coaster. Moreover, passengers with a Good Travel ticket can also ride the county buses within Penghu for free (valid one day before, on the day of travel, and one day after the journey).
