1. Reservation Policy: Penghu Good Travel operates on a reservation basis. Reservations and ticket purchases must be completed by 6:00 PM the day before the travel date. Ticketing channels include:

2. Exception for on-site ticket purchase: If there are available seats on the travel date, on-site ticket purchase services may be provided. Passengers can use electronic cards (limited to EasyCard or iPASS) or mobile payment (limited to EasyWallet or iPASS Money) to purchase tickets and board the bus:
(1) Electronic Cards:
A. Holders of Taiwan Welfare Card for the entire region are eligible for a 50% discount on the original ticket price when swiping the card on the bus (including the elderly, disabled individuals and their necessary companions, as well as children under 12 years old, etc.).
B. Other card types are charged at the full fare.
C. The purchase of the two-day ticket is not available for on-site ticket purchase.

(2) Mobile Payment:
A. Passengers who purchase tickets and board the bus with their mobile QR code are charged the full fare since their identity and age cannot be verified.
B. The purchase of the two-day ticket is not available for on-site ticket purchase.
