I. Penghu Fun Easy generally operates on a reservation basis. Ticket purchase and seat reservation must be completed no later than 8:00 PM on the day before departure. Ticket purchase channels and physical ticket collection locations are as follows.

II. On operating days, if seats remain available, on-board ticket purchases may exceptionally be permitted. Passengers may purchase tickets using an electronic fare card (EasyCard or iPASS only) or mobile payment (EasyWallet or iPASS Money only).

(I) Electronic Fare Cards
(1) Passengers holding Taiwan-wide social welfare cards (including seniors, persons with disabilities and their necessary companion, and children under 12 years old) already receive a half-fare discount; therefore, no additional discount is provided.
(2) Two-Route Passes and Three-Route Passes are not available for on-board purchase.

(II) Mobile Payment
(1) Passengers using mobile QR code boarding passes are charged the full fare, as identity and age cannot be verified.
(The actual fare discount, if applicable, is based on the travel distance.)
(2) Two-Route Passes and Three-Route Passes are not available for on-board purchase.

(III) Cash payment is not accepted.

I. Operating days:

“Magong North Loop” operates on Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays and it does not operate on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

 

II. Passengers who purchase a physical ticket and take Penghu Fun Easy buses must present the physical ticket when boarding for inspection by the driver.

 

III. Passengers who purchase a concession physical ticket must present valid proof of eligibility when boarding for identity verification by the driver. Eligible concession ticket categories:

(I) Senior Ticket: Passengers aged 65 or above.

(II) Compassion Ticket: Holders of a disability identification or certification issued by the competent authority of the Republic of China, plus one necessary companion.

(III) Child Ticket: Children with a height of 115 cm to under 150 cm, or a height of 150 cm and under 12 years of age.

(IV) Penghu Resident Ticket: Passengers registered as residents of Penghu.

 

IV. Eligible for free rides:

(I) Children under 115 cm in height, or children aged under 6 with a height of 115 cm or above. If a seat is required, a half-fare ticket must be purchased.

(II) Children eligible for free rides must be accompanied by a full-fare ticket holder or an adult passenger. Each passenger may accompany up to two such children. Any additional children require a half-fare ticket.

 

V. On the day of travel and the following day, passengers may ride Penghu County buses unlimited times free of charge, chartered services excluded, by presenting proof of purchase, such as the ride certificate issued by the driver or the ticket stub.

I. If a physical ticket is used to ride a Penghu Fun Easy bus on a different route, the fare difference based on the actual route taken will be charged.

II. For ticket refunds, please contact the original purchase channel. Any refund handling fees shall be processed in accordance with the regulations of each sales channel.

III. Physical tickets that expire without use are not eligible for refunds.

I. Penghu Fun Easy official website: When making an online seat reservation, passengers may indicate whether there is a need for a low-floor bus. If “yes” is selected, the operating unit will arrange a low-floor bus on the day of travel.
