1. Penghu Taiwan Tourist Shuttle operates primarily on a reservation basis. Tickets and seat reservations must be completed no later than 8:00 PM on the day before departure. Ticket purchase channels and physical ticket collection locations are as follows:

2. Same-day onboard ticket purchase may be exceptionally available if seats remain vacant. Passengers may purchase tickets onboard using electronic stored-value cards (EasyCard or iPASS only) or mobile payments (Easy Wallet or iPASS MONEY only):
(1) Electronic Stored-Value Cards:
(1) Passengers holding Taiwan social welfare cards (including seniors, persons with disabilities, necessary companions, and children under 12) already receive half-fare discounts; no additional discounts apply.
(2) Two-day and three-day passes are not available for onboard purchase.
(2) Mobile Payment:
(1) Passengers using QR code boarding via mobile payment will be charged full fare, as identity and age cannot be verified (actual fare is based on travel distance).
(2) Two-day and three-day passes are not available for onboard purchase.
(3) Cash payment is not accepted onboard.
II. 【Passenger Information】
1. Operating Days:
(1) “Magong North Ring Line” operates on Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays (No service on Tuesdays and Wednesdays).
(2) “Magong Huxi Line” operates on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays (No service on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays).
(3) “Magong South Penghu Line” operates on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays (No service on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays).
2. Passengers holding physical tickets must present the ticket proactively when boarding for inspection by the driver.
3. Passengers holding concession tickets must present valid identification documents when boarding. Eligible concession categories are as follows:
(1) Senior Ticket: Passengers aged 65 and above.
(2) Disability Ticket: Passengers holding an official disability certificate issued by the competent authority of the Republic of China, plus one necessary companion.
(3) Child Ticket: Children with a height between 115 cm and under 150 cm, or over 150 cm but under 12 years old.
(4) Penghu Resident: Passengers officially registered as residents of Penghu.
III. 【Fare Adjustment, Refunds & Handling Fees】
1. Passengers using a physical ticket to ride a different route must pay the fare difference based on the actual route taken.
2. Refund requests require returning all originally purchased items. Any handling fees incurred will be processed in accordance with regulations.
3. Expired physical tickets are non-refundable.
IV. 【Accessible Bus Reservation】
Barrier-free travel with care. To accommodate passengers using wheelchairs, seniors, pregnant passengers, and others, an accessible bus reservation service is provided:
1. Official Website: During online seat reservation, passengers may select whether a low-floor bus is required. If “Yes” is selected, the operator will arrange a low-floor bus on the day of travel.
